What you see on BestGrabBars represents primarily the products we currently have in stock. However, we are able to supply a wider variety of colors, sizes, and configurations than what is shown on our website.
Let us know what you’d like to special order, and we’ll provide you with an estimated lead time and price.
Depending on the complexity of the item, production can take as little as five business days, or as long as six weeks. Estimated lead times can vary based on the product size, finish, customization, and availability. The best way to find out what we can provide and how long it will take is to send us a request.
After receiving your inquiry, our team will review the request and reach out to you via email with any updates. We may need to ask follow up questions prior to offering a price and expected turn around time.
What information should I provide?
To help us provide you with an accurate quote and lead time, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Product Name – If this product already exists in our shop, what is it called?
- Product SKU – If this product already exists in our shop, what is the product’s SKU?
- Size – In inches, what size do you want your product to be?
- Color or Finish – What color do you product to be? Alternatively, what kind of finish are you looking for? Our most common finishes are Stainless Steel or Vinyl Coated.
- Other Details – If there are any other details or changes you would like to see to this product, please describe them here. If you’re looking for a product that isn’t listed on our website, provide a description of what you’re looking for.
We are happy to accommodate certain custom product requests, including changes to existing products or new products entirely. If you have something specific in mind, describe what you’re looking for, and we’ll let you know what options are available.
